in support of Habitat for Humanity Muskoka
BLUES, BREWS AND BBQ'S
Delta Sherwood Inn, devastated by a fire to the main Inn in September of 2009, is celebrating their grand re-opening with a fundraiser in benefit of Habitat for Humanity Muskoka on Sunday, July 4th, 2010 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Tobin Spring and Laganza to highlight the event by playing the music.
Guests of "Blues, Brews and BBQ's" will spend the afternoon sampling sumptuous "suds" from several area breweries, each featuring a selection of handcrafted brews while talking with representatives from each brewery, including Bracebridge's own Muskoka Cottage Brewery. Chef Matthew Toni (Delta Sherwood Inn), Executive Chef Patrick Louch (Delta Rocky Crest Resort) and Executive Chef Ken Schulz (Delta Grandview Resort) will feature dozens of unique barbequed specialties throughout the afternoon, in a marche-style dinner event in Delta Sherwood Inn's garden, overlooking Lake Joseph.

Hosted by all three Delta Muskoka Resort properties in Muskoka, "Blues, Brews and Barbeques" will raise the needed funds for local families to achieve the goal of home ownership. In just two short years, over $60,000 has been raised at Delta Grandview Resort, Delta Rocky Crest Resort and Delta Sherwood Inn, with the support of the locals of Muskoka and Delta's partners, all coming together for a great cause. A ribbon-cutting will commensurate the 're-opening' of Delta Sherwood Inn, in front of Muskoka's Habitat for Humanity supporters.
